NCAL imagines a thriving arts ecosystem across the north Oregon coast.

Arts Education for All

All K-12 kids on the north Oregon coast have access to arts education. Opportunities for adult arts engagement, from classes and community theather to exhibits and performances, are inclusve and bountiful.

Arts Worker Equity

A thriving north coast arts economy includes thriving-wage jobs for arts leaders, workers, educators and makers.

Economic Investment

City, county and state leaders prioritize financial investment in the north coast arts sector for locals and tourists alike.

Who we are

North Coast Arts Leaders (NCAL) is an action-oriented alliance of Tillamook and Clatsop County nonprofit arts organization leaders. Founding organizers include members of Astoria Arts and Movement, Astoria Visual Arts and the Sitka Center for Art and Ecology.
